Mohammadjavad Javadi is a Legal researcher at EIIR who obtained his L.L.M in International Business law at Université Libre de Bruxelles. Also, He graduated in Master of Public International Law from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran.
Although his research interest falls within the broad category of Public international law, He is strongly motivated to carry out research on issues that arise in other areas of law, such as Anti-trust law, which could be analyzed from the perspective of international law norms.
His L.L.M thesis focused on the Emergence of International Customary Rules on Competition Through Contribution of International Organizations. Also, in his master thesis, he carried out underpinning research on the issue of UN Country Special Rapporteurs’ performance.
